Please NOTE:
1. While charging, the charging led light stays on, but still cant power on the controller.Then, you need to press the RESET key to reboot the controller.
2. Whilecharging, there is no any led light on the controller. That means the charge cable is dead, please use another charge cable. There will be a led light stays on while the charging cable works.
3. If the controller has been connected to other devices, when you use the controller again, please delete the Bluetooth name on the device and reconnect it, otherwise it may not work.
4. If the button/joystick does not work or some of the buttons/joystick do not work, please check if the Bluetooth pairing mode is correct.
5. Q: I can’t reconnect my phone with gamepad again even the Bluetooth shows has connected.
A: Remove or delete the Bluetooth connection on your phone and reconnect it again.
